| Five months ago we exposed wheeling and dealing at a used car dealership in Johannesburg. Complaints about Planet Wheels indicated that owner Lynne Schreiber was rolling over payments. Reports were that she was leading a quality lifestyle, but seldom reimbursing her clients. Shortly after our first story, the business was liquidated, leaving many out of pocket and with no wheels.
